What is the best drugstore hair mask for straight hair?

I have straight, fine(and thin, is there a difference?), dirty blonde hair. I dye it about 2-4 time a year. I want a good hair mask that can be bought from a drugstore like CVS or Walgreens. I want it to add shine and softness to my hair as well as repair it and take away breakage and split ends. My budget is definitly no more than $30. Any suggestions?
