How can I regain my hairs softness n shine?????

I bleached my hair before I dyed it so the color wud come out more...n now it's pretty dry n kinda rough I'm only 16 I don't wana get bold or hav old lady hair... I've died my hair b4 but it usually gets shinyer. I think the bleach really killed my hair.. Help plz!!!
