What are my chances of getting into these schools?

Hello, I am going to be a high school senior and am planning to apply to the following schools: Northwestern University, University of Michigan, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, UCLA, UC San Diego, UC Davis, UC Riverside, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and San Jose State University. I have a 4.2 weighted gpa and a 3.7 unweighted gpa. My SAT score is a 2050 (700 in writing, 690 in math, 660 in critical reading) but I'm retaking the SAT in October and hope for at least a 2100. My ACT score is a 30. I do not have many extra-curricular activities. By my senior year I will have been in my marching band for 4 years and in the National Honor Society for 3 years. I also volunteer with a group called Reading Partners and at an aviation museum. I have around 250 hours of community service. My question is what schools do I have a chance of getting into given my scores? Additionally, would the fact that I did not do anything other than volunteer during my summers hurt my chances of admission?
