What happens now my blood test has come back normal? ?

I havnt had a period in months and am ttc. So I went to my doctors and told her about it and that me and my partner have been trying for a year. She told me that she may not be able to help because additionally you have to be trying for 2 years but I'm hoping she is going to do something, anyway I had a blood test and it's come back fine I've got a appointment with her tomorrow and wondered what does it mean now they have come back and the blood test doesn't show anything wrong? If i had blocked tubes or pcos would that be shown in a blood test? If anyone has been in this situation then could you tell me what happened next. Thanks x
