Type of Longboard wheels and trucks?

Ok so I'm brand spanking new to the world of longboarding. I want a longboard mostly to just get to places and not really shred the streets or anything.So basically cruising around town on flat and somewhat sloped areas without going too fast yet. I was looking on this website called the longboard store and found a "Honey 42" Carver" that was just the deck.Would that be good for what I'm going for? Also, what kind of truck size would I be looking for? What's a good brand for trucks? Plus what kind of wheels, such as size and softness? Also would I need anything else, such as specific screws, risers, or bearings? Are screws included with the trucks or do I have to get my own? Thanks
