Is it accurate to blame Obama for the entire debt?

Well to answer that title question no, not at all but he has certainly not helped it one bit. President Bush's administration did a chunk of it , (The whole administration, not just him) Obama's "Stimulus" packages obviously have not helped and i believe there doing the same thing as they did in the early 1900's, spend your way out of debt, doesn't work though. The debt was put on by American Presidents And their Administrations, Not souly just one.
