Shampoo And Conditioner (Best Answer WILL be chosen) + full points awarded =)?

Okay, so.. I'm looking for a gentle, not harmful, shampoo that will clean my hair and help with shine and softness. In my conditioner i want a nice smooth moisturizing conditioner that will make it super duper soft, control flyaways, and did i mention softness? I just want nice, smooth, hair. :) I dont want any harsh products like: Pantene, Herbal Essences, Tresseme or anything like that. --Also i need a good leave-in, i was thinking about usuing the Morrocconoil, but idkkk :P thanks for ur thoughts!
