Stupid child porn law?

Let's say someone who doesn't like me sends me child porn in a ZIP file to my email. I don't know what the attachment is until I download it to my computer, but then it's too late, then I have downloaded child porn to my computer! You know that when you delete something, it's still on your hard drive so a forensic computer expert can recover it. So anyway.. the person who doesn't like me lies to cops and tells them that I'm some perverted pedophile with child porn on my computer. The cops follow up on this fake "lead" and they confiscate my computer and their forensic computer expert confirms it... he find the child porn that the person sent me in a ZIP file. So basically I did nothing wrong and deleted the child porn immediately but I could still get arrested and go to jail and be forever branded a "sex offender". Is this a stupid law or what? Makes it so easy to frame people.

Shedding on a flat-coated cockapoo?

I recently got a 12-week old flat-coated cockapoo from a cockapoo breeder (from whom I also got my other very low-shed curly cockapoo who is now 11-months old ). I understand breeders cannot guarantee their puppies' coats and temperaments. I also understand that a flat-coated cockapoo must have taken more traits from the shedding cocker spaniel side rather than the non-shed poodle side. But my new flat-coated cockapoo is shedding like crazy. A groomer told me (and the vet confirmed) that the dog might just be nervous or anxious because I just got her a week ago. Can anyone share with me their expert knowledge on why a dog in general (regardless of the breed) might be shedding? Do most shedding breeds shed more in the summer months? I plan to ask the vet for more possible causes of this shedding when we go back for the puppy's next scheduled vaccination shots. For now, I am using the Furminator daily on her to reduce the shedding and it does somehow help but the shedding continues anyhow. Any other 'treatments' you can recommend for my new pup? She is a very beautiful, sweet, gentle yet spunky, easily trainable little pup and I hate to just give her up simply on the basis of her coat-shedding. I do not 'judge' nor 'reject' people based on their physical characteristics and I do not want to do that to this puppy.

So i went to my hair dresser to get advice and I didnt even have to dye my whole head they just covered the greys. If she is only a day late then you should not worry at all. But just for the record, you do not have to ejaculate to get her pregnant. Pre-ejaculation comes out while you are "getting busy" and that sometimes works just as well. And if she's that worried, Tell her to get the shot. Did getting your membranes stripped work for you?

I am 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant today. I got my membranes stripped at 10 am i am 2 cm dilated my cervix is medium softness and i was i think 50 or 70 percent effaced i don't remember exactly. But when she took her glove off there was slimy blood on it which i know is normal. And ever since she did it i've been crampy. I am hoping it works and puts me into labor within the next day. What could i have done to my knee?

I'm a volleyball player, and I'm the libero for my team so I pretty much spend half my life diving on the ground. So I'm the past I've had some knee problems like tendonitis and I almost tore my patellar tendon also osgoodschlatters (sp.?) But they have confirmed that I out grew that. Anyway, lately when I dive onto my left knee it hurts really bad at first while I'm still on the ground then as I get up the pain is pretty severe and I can hardly support my weight on it. Then the pain travels down my leg and then my ankle hurts really bad even though I didn't do anything to it (I'm sure, I wear ankle braces). So that has happened quite a few times. Then last night the same thing happened and I went through the usual thing of pain but this time the pain didn't go away in about 20 minutes like it usually does. Most of the pain went away in time and by the end of practice I barely noticed it (that's because when I play I don't really feel pain) then after practice it hurt pretty bad and I iced it. Now the next day it doesn't hurt all too bad but sitting the I have minor barely noticeable pain but when I have my foot on the ground and I slightly twist it either way it hurts really bad. Or if I extend my leg all the way it hurts and last if I my my foot/ ankle it hurts. Oh also the pain is centered on the outside of my knee to the bottom left of my knee cap. So what could be wrong with it??

Really dry hair? help!?

My hair is getting really dry lately and its losing its softness. I wash my hair everyday and NO I will not stop that, I think it's gross and I feel like I have dirty roots. No advice please that says to stop washing everyday. I blow dry my hair everyday and I use my chi STRAIGHTENER to curl or straighten in. My natural hair is very ugly so I can't stop doing that either. the rule of thumb is 1" of fish for every gallon of water, and you don't need a pump, you need a filter to circulate the water, the best way to start your tank is to add any rocks, fill it with distilled water, plant it, and let it sit for about 6 hours , or over night then add a couple feeder fish and leave it to cycle, feeding the fish daily. this will produce the bacteria needed to help the tank stay healthy. then after it cycles(goes cloudy and then clear again) you should be able to add 2 or 3 frogs and toss the feeder fish. you could probably add 2 or 3 smaller fish, no idea how heavily to plant the tank. when we had frogs, we just put them in the tank we had already set up with plastic plants

Anyone Suffering from Chronic Hives?

This is actually going to be some advice for those people who have suffered with chronic hives for a long time. I had (idiopathic urticaria) hives with no known cause for over 2 years. I lived off of antihistimines and steroids(medrol dose packs and prednisone) and was in and out of the emergency room when I had outbreaks all over my body. I had been given the run around by all types of drs. And I was even given meds for what they believed was a stress disorder. I even had a blood test done for allergies but everything came back fine. I was unable to get the skin test because they ask you to come off of your medications for like a week before the test. And there was no way i could. I had to work and go to school. If i did that I'd look like a monster. But I eventually found a good ENDOCHRINOLOGIST and they found that i have hyperthyroidism/GRAVES DISEASE and the way that my body reacted to the disruption in my thyroid function was externally through hives. I had a blood test at this physicians office and they confirmed that the thyroid levels were too high and put me on Methimazole to help slow down thyroid hormone production. I slowly took myself off of the antihistimines and am taking only the methimazole now. I have been taking the medicine only a month or so and feel much better in some ways. I still feel tired and have a very hard time keeping weight on, but at this point i am not having to worry about hives. I just hope that someone who has the same problem will read this and find some hope here. Don't let a dr tell you that nothing is wrong with you. You know your body best and you know when something is wrong. I went through countless dr's and missed opportunities because of what I was suffering with, with no answers. Dont lose hope and keep looking until you get help.

Help...Teeth Whitening is this normal?

I just got a professional tray to whitening my teeth. They showed me how to apply it etc. I have had this problem with weird little white spots on a tooth or two, but over time they have disappeared. HOWEVER, today when I put in the teeth whitening tray for my first 45 min. session the white spots became bright. Additionally, it seems like it did whiten my teeth a little, but the bottom of my front teeth are what seem to be the whitest (which can only be seen if I use a camera) not to the naked eye. I have a serious problem hearing the word PTSD. Im a lifetime student of military history, and in every text I read, every document I examine I find no proof that PTSD existed before world war 2. Ive searches and searched and have found no proof that soldiers from the holy roman empire all the way up to world war 1 being troubled to the point of insanity because of the fighting. I personally think society is to blame for PTSD, everyone is pampered to the point of extreme softness. Ok, so I've been taking better care of my hair. I've stopped straightening since it doesn't really need it and cutting it regularly. I blow it dry though and I notice some of the strands are getting really brittle and it's losing it's softness!! It makes it frizzy and some strands are bent at the ends or look really kinky:/ any protectants?! I have to blow it dry everyday!

How do you keep my fish tank from having such dramatic PH changes?

I am new to owning a fish tank, less than 6 months, and have 2 Goldfish in a 20 gallon tank. The problem is my tank PH has some pretty serious swings. I've seen numbers as high as 8 and as low as 5 in the last 2 weeks. Additionally I had problems with brown algae. I clean the tank about once every 2 weeks and the water temp is usually between 68 and 74, but I've seen it below and above these numbers. Why don't they put soft material in the sleeves of clothes?

There are 2 reasons. 1 its for looks, if the fur is really nice looking which makes it more expensive for the manufacturer the manufacturer will cut back on how much they use of the expensive fur (to save money) so when your walking around town and showing off your jacket to your friends they will be looking on the interior not the inner sleeves. 2 its for movement, you could have the nice fur around the inner coat because it doesn't move around as much but if you had the puffy maybe heavy fur around your arms it would be harder to move your arms around and you. (but my main though is that the manufacturing companies are trying to just cut back on costs of making the jacket)

How can I make the front suspension softer for Da Vinci Cameleon?

My boyfriend has a green da vinci cameleon mountain bike and can't get the front suspension to go more than half way down. When we bought it the guy said that the height was good but didn't say that you have to be over 200lb for the suspension to be okay. What is wrong with my 03 Dodge Neon?

I bought this car about 2-3 years ago and it currently has 142700 miles on it. A few months after I got it, I noticed it would occasionally lurch when I accelerated, but it wasn't happening often enough for me to really worry about it. Over the past month the problem has gotten significantly worse to where my car will lurch when I'm going from a stop to accelerating, accelerating while already going, or even slowing down at times. I have also noticed that my speedometer is flipping out-sometimes I will be at a dead stop (0) and accelerate and the speedometer won't move when I'm obviously going. After a few seconds it will shoot up to 40-50 when I'm only going at max 15-20 mph. At times the lurching and speedometer problems happen at the same time, and other times separately so I'm not sure if they are related or not. We have guessed that it is maybe a speed sensor but I'm hoping there is someone out there whose passion is cars and can either confirm or correct this guess. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, guys!

I like my best guy friend?

So the guy i like just came to our school at the very beginning of the year. When I first saw him, I thought he was really cute and I liked him. My ACT score is a 30. I do not have many extra-curricular activities. By my senior year I will have been in my marching band for 4 years and in the National Honor Society for 3 years. This morning, It began saying my password was rejected. I confirmed this was not the case by logging in on aol.com. I decided to try and change my password to see if that would help, it did not. And now my iphone will not connect to mail. I already went into settings and changed the password to the new one. I keeps saying my password is incorrect. I've done countless reboots, quits, etc. nothing is working. Anyone know the solution?

i have not recently updated to the latest LT+ firmware that came out like a week ago for the new dash board the date today is 6/29/2011 I have ran the images through abgx and both patched to trusted v2 angles both also are AP2.5 patched and recently confirmed as of 6/20/2011 but i get a black screen for black ops but call of duty MW 2 works fine and plays. WTF is going on. if one works they both should right? by the way i ran an automatic patch in abgx for the AP25 for both games. I DON'T WANT TO WASTE ANY MORE DISCS. Good student laptop that can also make videos and music?

Acer AS5253-BZ602 is a Great laptop, battery life is about 5 hours for normal use. Easy to type on and the number pad is a big plus. The AMD E350 apu is still good for some gaming I can play left 4 dead 2 and fallout new vegas with no lag. Defiantly not a high end laptop but for only 400 its a great deal, however I do recommend getting another 2gig stick of ram as it runs a lot better on 4gig.

So here's the deal...I'm an Iraq War vet (Army), actually still here on deployment and am at a crossroads in my professional life...on the one hand I am thinking about re-enlisting as a recruiter because of the changes to the culture (work hours, strategy, etc.). On the other hand, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communication (received prior to the Army) and have a couple of CompTIA certs in my bag (A+, Sec+). Plus, I have about 2 years experience with your usual help desk duties and a good amount of experience with networking and I.T. security issues (additionally, I handle the user accounts, troubleshooting, and communication flow for a unit of over 70 personnel with operations currently in 2 locations in Iraq, 1 location in Kuwait, and 1 location back at our home station in Alabama). I say all that to say, I'm thinking about getting out and applying for a federal job, perhaps a Department of the Army civilian. Now here comes the questions...Would I be an ideal candidate for a help desk management career (or any I.T. career for that matter) with the government? Hell, with private sector? I know the feds value CompTIA certs because they meet the DOD 8570 directives, and I know the feds value security clearances (I have one, by the way). Cyst? Boil? What is it? What should I do?

I have had a red lump on my left *** cheek for quite some time now, it has over the past 3 months grown bigger and more painful and today, I touched it and it began to pop. I squeezed it, and it squirted dark red blood, and after about five minutes, all I could get out was thin and pink pussy blood. When I say squirted, I MEAN IT SQUIRTED. Literally, a solid stream of blood spewed all over my mirror for about 3 seconds at a time each time I squeezed it. After nothing else would come out, it was still extremely hard; it felt like there was still pus that needed to get out, but no matter how hard I squeezed, nothing would come out. Additionally, I exfoliated it, put rubbing alcohol on it, and put benzoyl peroxide on it in an effort to make it go away. It still is very painful right now, but it's not as hard as it was just a couple of hours ago. At this point I'm not at all sure what it is or what I should do. It really doesn't seem like an ingrown hair to me, but I may be wrong. What should I do? Please help!

Facial skin is usually thinner and you can break small capillaries, those small blood veins usually around the nose if you scrub too hard and you will have redder skin which you dont want.. so if u must just exfoliate gently with it. Too rough and you can ruin the delicate facial skin.

Why did my English Bull Terrier collapse today?

She is almost 5, and is, at least I thought, in good general health. Three days ago she developed a cough. Initially I thought she might have swallowed a foreign object as she has a habit of chewing and tearing her rubber toys into small pieces and also running, quite literally, through the conifer trees in our garden most afternoons while trying to get the attention of our neighbours dog. I became particularly concerned when I noticed yesterday (Sunday) that the cough seemed to be worsening. I called our regular vet surgery this morning to schedule an appointment for later this week. However, soon after I had made the call, she collapsed in the garden and, though conscious, she was unable to get up from her side. I took her immediately to the vet's. She has been there all day and so far they have said it is either "kennel cough" or an "enlarged heart". I'm not satisfied with either explanation. Firstly, she has not been near any other dogs, other than our neighbours dog, which spends most days on the other side of our garden fence, so I'm not convinced that kennel cough is likely. Secondly, she is a fit and healthy, and fairly young, terrier, so I'm not convinced she would suddenly develop an enlarged heart without my noticing. She has not had any change in her appetite or energy levels. My question is: would an enlarged heart cause her to develop a cough and to collapse, and, additionally, is it possible her heart enlarged without any visible symptoms? I'm about to start my junior year at baylor with a 3.5 gpa. I am double majoring in BA environmental studies/poly sci with a minor in Spanish. I was happy and confident that this would get me a job but I keep hearing that BAs are pretty much us eless nowadays. Should I change to bs environmental science? If I do I would prob delay my graduation by at least a year and would only be able to do the one degree. Additionally, my gpa would prob plummet to >2.5. I suck hardcore at the math that would be needed. And my exit loan amount would prob grow from a expected $35 to about $60 grand. The way I am, I see law school as a faint possibility if I could raise my gpa. With the ES I see...well don't know what but I pay for it in time,money and GPA. So tell me can I work the same jobs as the e. Science or have I just been taking the same classes as them to only have my degree dismissed as useless in the real world?
