Will my computer run morrowind?

Elder Scrolls 3 yes, definitely, even at decent if not highest setting. Oblivion i doubt, graphics card "power" isn't the only thing to worry about, but also compatibility, specifically pixel shader and vertex shader. Oblivion also runs poorly on PC, even with hardware released long after the game you can still get poor frame rate under certain conditions.
