Possible vaginal infection?

For the past few days, my vaginal area has been somewhat itchy. Additionally, when wipe after going to the bathroom, there is a particular spot that hurts. There is also a whitish yellow discharge, but only a little. It isn't liquidy, but more of a thicker or chunkier (sounds gross, I'm sorry) discharge. I am not, nor have I ever been, sexually active, so I doubt this is caused by that (of course). I would appreciate any tips or help please!
