How would a public school system handle the bulling and harassment of a student by a teacher?

Wow I'm glad you're meeting with this guy, with your parents there to support you and mediate. He is extremely unprofessional. If nothing good comes out of your meeting with him, I would consider speaking to the principal or the school board. His behaviour is abhorrent and needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I'm surprised he hasn't been fired.
